Resetting your password

If you cannot remember your password, request a reset email from the sign-in page. Use its secure link to choose a new password, then sign in again.

Who this article is for

Anyone who has forgotten their Kinovo password or needs to replace it

Where to find it

  • On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, enter the account email and complete the security check.
  • Open the password-reset email, follow its link to Set new password, then return to sign in.

Request a reset email

  1. 1

    Choose Forgot password?

Open the Kinovo sign-in page and select Forgot password?

  2. 2

    Enter your account email

Use the email address you normally sign in with. Complete the security check if shown.

  3. 3

    Choose Send reset link

Check that inbox, including Spam or Junk. The on-screen message does not reveal whether an account exists for the address; this helps protect account privacy.

Choose your new password

Open the latest reset email and follow its link to Set new password.

Enter the new password twice. It must contain at least eight characters and both entries must match. Use a password you do not use for another service.

After the update succeeds, sign in again with the new password. Resetting a password does not change your care-team permissions.

If no reset email arrives

  • Check the spelling of the account email and the inbox you are viewing.
  • Check Spam, Junk and any organisation email quarantine.
  • Wait a few minutes before trying again. Repeated requests can temporarily limit further attempts.
  • Contact support if you still cannot reset it. Include the email address and approximate time, but never an old or proposed password.

Keep the account secure

  • Use a password that is not reused for another service.
  • Do not share passwords or reset links with a family member, Team leader, professional or Kinovo support.
  • If an unexpected reset email arrives, do not use its link. Sign in directly if needed and report suspicious account activity.
  • If the account is suspended, resetting the password does not restore it; contact support if you believe the suspension is incorrect.
