For care professionals

Spend less time chasing context. More time moving care forward.

Kinovo gives you a clear view of the care teams you support, the work that needs you and the shared context around it—without asking you to replace the systems you already use.

For support coordinators, care managers, allied health, support workers and providers across disability, ageing, recovery and ongoing care.

The task is rarely just the task. First I need the current context, the right document, the family's latest update and clarity about what happens next.
The invisible work between appointments and systems

The coordination tax

The unpaid admin is often between systems.

Your internal system may record your work. The family has their messages and documents. Other professionals have theirs. Kinovo is designed for the shared edge between them—where missing context creates chasing, delays and repeated explanations.

  • Understand the current care-team picture before responding.
  • See shared actions and review work without checking several channels.
  • Find the document or practical guidance connected to the work.
  • Leave a useful update where the family and approved team can find it.

A focused professional workflow

Open Kinovo and start with the work that needs you.

Move from your cross-client view into the right person's workspace without losing the care-team context around the action.

A coordination layer

Designed to sit between the systems you already use.

Kinovo does not try to become your provider operating system. It gives the family, care subject and invited professionals one shared place for the part of the work that crosses organisational boundaries.

Shared actions and review
Current documents and evidence
Updates across the care team
Role-aware access

Not a CRM, rostering platform, billing system, accounting package, clinical record or emergency-management tool.

Who it helps

A clearer shared edge for every professional around the person.

Each professional sees the care-team workspaces they have been invited into, while the family's shared coordination stays connected to the person.

Support coordinators and care managers

Keep cross-team actions, evidence and follow-up visible without reconstructing the context every time.

Allied health professionals

Understand current goals, practical protocols, shared documents and the work connected to your role.

Support workers and key workers

Find current practical information and contribute updates in the shared care-team context.

Providers and service teams

Coordinate the shared edge of the work while your internal operations stay in their existing systems.

Professional and Team leader

Clear contribution without taking control away from the care team.

The Team leader manages access and shared oversight. Professionals contribute updates, actions, documents and review work within the permissions they have been given. That keeps collaboration useful without turning the professional into the owner of the family's workspace.

  • Care-team access remains invite-only and workspace-specific.
  • Professionals can contribute where their role and permissions allow.
  • The shared picture stays centred on the person, not the provider.
  • Normal professional record-keeping remains in the appropriate system.

Questions professionals ask

Lightweight shared coordination—with clear boundaries.

Kinovo is deliberately focused on the work between families, care subjects and trusted professionals.

Is Kinovo a provider CRM or practice-management system?

No. Kinovo is the shared coordination layer around the person. It does not replace your CRM, rostering, billing, accounting, clinical record or case-management system.

Can a professional work across more than one care team?

Yes. Professional accounts have a cross-client dashboard and client list, then a role-aware workspace for each care team they have been invited to join.

Who decides what a professional can see?

The care team's Team leader manages access. Kinovo keeps care-team workspaces separate and permissions deliberate, so being invited to one workspace does not expose another.

Is Kinovo only for NDIS professionals?

No. Kinovo can support professionals working across disability, ageing, recovery and ongoing health needs. Its job is shared coordination, wherever several people need the same current picture.
