Print a Kinovo Care Protocols QR poster and place it somewhere appropriate in the home or support setting. An authorised support worker can scan it to sign in, request limited access or open the current guidance they have already been approved to see.
- No care information is printed in the QR code.
- New readers must sign in and ask the Team leader for approval.
- Approved readers see only current Care Protocols and files deliberately attached to them.
- The Team leader can revoke or replace a printed code at any time.

Team leader is Kinovo's name for the person who manages access and keeps the shared workspace moving. That can be the person receiving support or someone they trust.

Kinovo helps the care team coordinate around the person. It does not replace the specialist systems and processes they already rely on.
Is Kinovo only for NDIS families?
No. Kinovo can support any family or care team coordinating disability support, ageing, recovery or ongoing health needs. It is a shared coordination workspace, not a funding-management or clinical system.
Who controls the workspace?
Each care team has a Team leader who manages access and shared oversight. The person at the centre may hold that role, or a trusted family member or nominee may do it with them, depending on the situation.
Does the family have to keep everything updated?
No. The Team leader stays in control, but trusted team members can contribute the updates, documents and actions within their access. Kinovo is designed to share the coordination work—not move more admin onto the family.
Does Kinovo replace medical records or emergency plans?
No. Kinovo helps people coordinate practical care-team information and next steps. Clinical records, formal provider systems and emergency processes remain in their appropriate systems.
