PROVIDER HUB · FOR CARE COMPANIES
Bring your company’s support closer to the care team.
Less chasing between your office, your workers and the families you support. Kinovo’s Provider Hub brings shared support visits and permitted follow-ups into one company view, connected to each participant’s existing care team.
Each Team leader approves who connects and what they can access.

YOUR OFFICE, YOUR WORKERS, THEIR CARE TEAM
Keep the arrangement and the next step in view.
For NDIS care companies coordinating support across participant care teams, with a useful view for each person’s part in the work.
Share support visits clearly.
Propose visits with an approved worker and keep Team leader confirmation and worker acknowledgement visible. Families can see the shared arrangement in their care-team Calendar.
Give follow-ups a place to live.
With approved care-team access, staff can see assigned actions and relevant updates, then open the right care team to respond or find permitted information.
Keep people and access clear.
Invite staff with their own accounts. Company owners manage company participation; each participant’s Team leader controls named care-team access.
Start with your company. Connect one care team.
- 01
Create your company account.
Set up Provider Hub with your name and care company details. You can add people and clients when you are ready.
- 02
Invite the people involved.
Invite your coordinators and working staff. Everyone uses their own account, so responsibility and access stay personal.
- 03
Ask the Team leader to connect.
Send a connection request to the client’s Team leader. They approve the connection and each named person’s access before care information is shared.
Only need to arrange visits?
Request scheduling-only access for a named owner or coordinator. They can coordinate your company’s visits without opening the participant’s wider care-team information. Working carers receive their own separately approved care access.
A company connection, with the participant still at the centre.
Each participant keeps their own care-team workspace. Your company and staff contribute through the access that Team leader approves.
Is a company account different from a professional account?
Yes. Provider Hub gives a care company a place to manage its people, approved care-team connections and shared support visits. Each person still uses their own Kinovo login. An individual professional account suits someone contributing to care teams in their own capacity; independent work stays separate from company work.
Does the company owner automatically see participant information?
No. Company administration and care-team access are separate. The participant’s Team leader approves the company connection and access for each named person. Staff accept the confidentiality agreement before using approved access. Inviting a colleague into your company does not automatically add them to any care team.
Can our coordinator have scheduling-only access?
Yes. A Team leader can approve a named company owner or coordinator to manage that company’s support visits with limited scheduling context. This does not grant full care-team membership or access to goals, tasks, documents, messages or Care Log. Workers delivering support need their own separately approved care access.
How does this fit with our existing company systems?
Use Provider Hub alongside your rostering, payroll, billing and clinical systems. It helps your company share arrangements and follow-ups with participants, families and other invited professionals. Visit publication, Team leader confirmation and worker acknowledgement remain separate; none verifies attendance, service delivery or payment.
Make your next care-team connection clearer.
Provider Hub is free while companies test it and share feedback. No card or trial countdown is required. Create a care company account and start with one participant’s team.
