Private NDIS care-team workspace

The plan is in a folder. The last update is in a thread.

The new OT has not seen either of them. Kinovo is one private place for the care team around one person — current information, who owns the next step, and what is waiting.

Full MVP access is free for a limited time. No card required. Start with one workspace or join by invitation.

A clearer shared picture

Four questions. One shared picture.

These are the questions a family ends up answering in the car park, again.

What matters now?

Keep current priorities and practical support information visible.

What changed?

See the latest shared updates without piecing together separate messages.

Who owns the next step?

Give each action a clear owner, date and context.

What is waiting?

See blocked work and find the document or decision behind it.

How Kinovo works

Start small. Build the shared picture together.

One useful item is enough to begin.

01

Create or join a workspace.

Create one, accept an invitation or explore first.

02

Add what matters now.

Start with one priority, instruction, action or document.

03

Invite the right people.

The Team leader controls access. Each person contributes their part.

The practical point

What this is for.

Less repeating

Stop reconstructing the last six months every time someone new joins.

Faster context

Open the workspace and see what needs attention before you chase the thread.

Share the load

The current picture should not only live with the person who checked their phone.

The founder story

Why Kinovo exists

Kinovo grew from my family's experience coordinating support around my sister, who has cerebral palsy.

Her wider team brought genuine care and expertise, but the shared picture could still be spread across messages, emails, documents and different systems.

I built Kinovo to give the participant, family and invited professionals one clearer private place for the coordination they share.

Privacy and product boundary

Private coordination, with deliberate access.

Kinovo keeps each care-team workspace separate and centres the participant and family in decisions about who joins.

Verified in the current product

The current controls behind a private shared workspace.

  • Invite-only care-team workspacesA care-team workspace is not public. People join through a direct invitation or an access request the Team leader explicitly approves.
  • Role-aware accessWhat someone can see or change depends on their active workspace membership, role, permissions and item visibility.
  • Private file handlingCare-team files are stored privately. Downloads and previews are issued only after workspace and document-visibility checks.
  • A named Team leader controls shared accessEach workspace has one active Team leader—the person trusted to manage access, roles and shared oversight.
  • A clear product boundaryKinovo is a coordination workspace. It does not replace provider, clinical, billing, rostering or emergency systems.

These are current product controls and boundaries. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
