Everyday coordination
Managing tasks across your clients
Use the professional Tasks page to see what needs you across your clients. Filter to one care team when you want to focus, and check the client name before responding or creating work.
Who this article is for
Professionals who belong to one or more client care teams
Where to find it
- From the professional workspace, choose Tasks in the main navigation.
- Use All clients or select one client before opening or creating client-specific work.
Work from the four main sections
Due private-note reminders can also surface on Tasks. Client names remain visible so similar tasks are not mistaken for work in another care team.
- Assigned to me — tasks that need your response or action.
- Ready for my review — responses on tasks you created or are permitted to review.
- Waiting on others — tasks you are tracking after assigning them to somebody else.
- Completed — finished work available for reference.
Focus on one client or see work across clients
Keep All clients selected for your overall queue, or choose a client to see work for that team. Check the client name on a task before opening or replying.
Use the available filters and view settings to narrow the list. Team tasks appears only where your access allows it; seeing the whole list does not let you edit or review every task.
Create work for the right care team
Open Create. If All clients is selected, choose the client first. The available actions follow your permissions in that team.
- Quick coordination includes a task, quick invoice, message, document or private note.
- Build workspace includes a goal or Care Protocol where you have permission.
- If an action is locked, use the permission-request option when offered or ask the Team leader.
- A private note is only visible to you; choose a shared task or message if someone else needs to see it.
Move into the client workspace when needed
After selecting a client, choose Open client workspace for their full overview, documents, protocols, team and messages. Use Tasks for fast coordination; use the client workspace when you need broader context.
Start with the work that needs your response
Check Assigned to me and Ready for review first
Waiting on others helps you follow up work you have already sent. You do not need to duplicate your clinical or practice records here: add the short response, file or next step the care team needs.
